I've forgotten my password
To reset your password please visit this link and enter your email address.
If the new password doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk mail folders. Remember when you enter the new password that the field is case sensitive.
I've forgotten my log in email address
Please use the form to contact us, and include your full name and postcode, and one of our team will be in touch to help.
The registration form says my Date of Birth is invalid
You must enter your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY, including the /s
Entering without the / or with a . instead will return the 'invalid' error.
I can't open the reel instructions or other leaflet attachment
Most of the reel leaftlets and other additional information included on our website is in PDF format. To open it you need a program like Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is free from http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
I've changed my email address, what do I do?
To update your email address, log into your account, and type your new email address in the form and then click ‘Submit' at the bottom right of the page.
I can't find my product in the online Product Registration
Almost all of our products are listed in the online registration, including recently delisted items.
Use the letters at the bottom of the Add Change Your Model screen and the numbers at the top to navigate. If you can't find the product you're looking for please contact us, including the exact model of the item (e.g. Demon 3 piece 9' #4) and one of our team will be in touch to help.
I've registered the wrong product, what do I do?

Can I buy your products online?
At the moment we don't sell direct, but many of our dealers sell through the internet. Use the dealer search to find one.
