Welcolme to the Greys Customer Services homepage. At Greys we aim to ensure that all our products deliver functionality, reliabilty and durability throughout their lives. However, good care and maintenance will always help our products to continue to deliver their optimum performance. We offer an award winning refurbishment service for Greys tackle. For rods we can strip down to the blank; check and adjust joints; clean, fill and sand cork handles (or replace them); polish handle fittings; re-tie and re-varnish (with new rings if required). For reels we can clean and overhaul whilst checking and replacing any worn small parts.

To register a product you have purchsed please click here or use the links on the right hand navigation menu of your screen. Before you register your first product with Greys you will have to create an online account, which can be done here. To register any further products, simply log onto your online account and fill in the relevant information.
